Advantages and disadvantages of metal pipes

(1) Galvanized steel pipe

The replacement of galvanized steel pipe does not mean that the metal pipe is replaced, nor does it mean that the galvanized steel pipe is replaced in the entire construction water supply field. Because of the low price, superior function, good fireproof function and long service life, galvanized steel pipe will also be used in fire water supply system, especially automatic water spray rescue system. Plastic pipe (small pressure) should not be used. The fire water supply system and the day-fire-fighting, production and fire-fighting system are used.

(2) Copper tube

The most advantageous metal pipe is the copper pipe. The copper pipe is used for a long time, the strength is more, the pipe and pipe fittings are complete, the interface method is various, and more is used in the hot water pipe. The primary problem now exists is the copper folding. The output is simple overrun.

(3) Cast iron pipe

Compared with steel pipes, water-supply cast iron pipes are not easy to corrode, low in cost and good in durability, and are suitable for buried laying. Defects are brittle, heavy, and small. The connection method usually uses socket connection. Clamp-type cast iron drain pipe is a new type of construction drainage pipe. It has entered the international market since 60 years. Through decades of implementation and use, this pipe has been widely recognized internationally. This kind of pipe has many advantages compared with the traditional socket type cast iron drainage pipe. It is a newer replacement product, but the price of such pipe and fittings is relatively expensive.
