1. Please select the rubber hose connector suitable for the hose size.

2. When inserting the hose tail of the connector into the rubber hose, coat the rubber hose and the hose tail with oil. Do not bake with fire. If it cannot be inserted, heat the rubber hose with hot water and insert the connector.

3. Insert the serrated end of the connector completely into the rubber hose.

4. Do not use a connector that can be pushed in once, as this may cause the rubber hose to break.

（2） Other joints

1. Please avoid excessive ligation with iron wire. Please choose a special sleeve or tie.

2. Do not use scarred or rusted joints.

Secondly, precautions during inspection

（1） Inspection before use: before using the rubber hose, please confirm whether there are abnormalities in the appearance of the rubber hose (trauma, hardening, softening, discoloration, etc.).

（2） Regular inspection: during the use of rubber hose, please be sure to carry out regular inspection once a month.

Finally, the cleaning method of sanitary rubber hose

Because the sanitary rubber hose is special, cleaning the rubber hose is also special. Before using the sanitary rubber hose, we need to flush the inside of the rubber hose to ensure the ideal sanitary condition during installation and use. The cleaning suggestions given by the editor are as follows:

1. The maximum temperature of hot water is 90, and the maximum temperature of steam is 110 (the cleaning time of this kind of rubber hose shall not be less than 10 minutes) and 130 (the high-temperature cleaning time of this kind of rubber hose shall reach 30 minutes), which shall be subject to the suggestions of the product engineer.

2. Cleaning with nitric acid (HNO3) or nitric acid containing components, the maximum concentration: 0.1% at 85% and 3% at room temperature.

3. Chlorine (CL) or chlorine containing component cleaning, maximum concentration: 1%, maximum temperature 70.

4. Sodium hydroxide (NaOH) or cleaning containing sodium hydroxide, maximum concentration: 2% at 60-80% and 5% at room temperature.
