Notes for installation of low-pressure rubber hose

Attention should be paid when using low-pressure hose:

1. Do not twist the hose during installation.Slight torsion of the hose may reduce its strength and loosen the joint. Tighten the joint on the hose rather than the hose on the joint during assembly.

2. When the hose must be bent, the bending radius should not be too small, should be greater than 9 times the outside diameter.The connection between the rubber hose and the joint shall have a straight section greater than 2 times the outer diameter of the pipe.

3. Hose layout should avoid heat source as far as possible, away from the performance of engine exhaust pipe.If necessary, the casing or protective screen can be used to prevent the hose from heat deterioration.

4. Where the hose must be crossed or may rub against the mechanical surface during operation, the hose clamp or spring and other protective devices shall be applied to avoid damage to the outer layer of the hose.

5. When installing the hose, avoid the tension state. Even if there is no relative movement between the two ends of the hose, keep the hose loose.

6. If the low-pressure rubber hose is arranged on the key parts, it is recommended to carry out regular inspection or replacement.
